Phone: +32 496 83 47 94 It lets dance studios offer classes, courses and workshops, and lets you book and pay for them. The studio you book with is responsible for its classes and its own rules.

Your account

You need a verified e-mail address to book. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else used your account. You may not use the platform to break the law, to disturb other people or the service, or to test its security without permission. You can delete your account at any time from the home page.

Bookings, waitlists and cancellations

A booking reserves one place in a session or a course. If a class is full you can join the waitlist; when a place frees up it is offered in order and you are told by e-mail. Each class shows its cancellation deadline: cancel before it and your place goes to someone else and any payment is refunded; cancel after it, or do not come, and the studio may count it as a late cancellation or a no-show and does not have to refund. A studio can cancel a session, and then you get your money back.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in the studio's currency. Online payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. A paid booking is confirmed once the payment succeeds. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take a few days to show on your statement.

Videos

Studios may publish videos for their members. A studio publishes a video of people only with their consent. Videos are for your own private use and may not be copied or shared further without the studio's permission.

The service

We work to keep the platform available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by interruptions, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a dispute before the courts there. Otherwise the courts of Antwerp decide.

Changes and contact
